Josh Dubell

Josh Dubell is SNS' Education Director, overseeing the Youth Education Programme, as well as overseeing Marketing and Outreach. Josh has spent substantial time in Israel-Palestine over the past 20 years and has sat on SNS’ advisory board since 2017. Josh is an experienced community professional and for the last 15 years has been working within the Jewish community where thousands of young Jews have benefitted from his work connecting to their Judaism and to Israel-Palestine. He has worked in areas of informal and experiential education as well as in marketing and communications. During his career, he has worked in the UK, Canada, the US, Israel and Palestine, and over this time has come to understand how these different communities connect to their Jewish identity and to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Josh prides himself on trying to understand the motivations of every individual and what they care about in order to seek positive and effective change. Josh embodies the work of SNS and in his down time, he is a keen history buff, researching, learning and exploring the in-depth and complicated history of the Middle East. He spends hours trying to figure out how we got to where we are and how we can move into a peaceful future.
