SNS works in schools across Britain, delivering workshops on conflict in Israel-Palestine. But did you know we also offer training to educators, community leaders and other professionals, too?

Our programmes also provide practical strategies for managing political or parental pressures, promoting social cohesion, and fostering resilient, inclusive communities. By empowering adults to model empathy, critical thinking, dialogue and active citizenship, SNS helps create lasting ripple effects that strengthen schools, workplaces, and wider society.
This training will help you to drive more informed discussions and change behaviours in connection to this topic in the workplace or amongst your community group. In recent years, some of the highest levels of antisemitic & Islamophobic incidents have been recorded, and while most of the discourse surrounding Israel-Palestine takes place without discrimination and racism, it can and does cross the line.
This session explores some of the psychology around prejudice, and offers tools for intervening when racist language or ideas are expressed, with the main section of the session focused on recognising antisemitism and Islamophobia in discussions about Palestine-Israel.
This session explores the challenges on campus, managing student activism, preserving civil liberties and freedom of speech and protest alongside creating a campus where all students feel safe and can belong. The session includes strategies in creating a more cohesive campus, whilst recognising and countering antisemitism and Islamophobia.
Topics covered include:
Recognising Antisemitism & Islamophobia on Campus
Managing competing priorities
Freedom of protest vs campus cohesion
Freedom of speech vs inclusion and belonging on campus
Student welfare and safety
This session on cohesion includes understanding who is most affected by the issue of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict here in the UK and why, with a section focused on recognising antisemitism and Islamophobia in discussions about Palestine-Israel.
The second part of the session provides tools for creating a safe and brave environment for discussing this issue in work settings, recommendations for skills training, and a thought space for creating policies and values frameworks for the discussion of polarising topics.
This is a practical training that responds to the real challenges facing interfaith dialogue today. It moves beyond surface-level engagement to address the elephant in the interfaith room (Israel–Palestine) and the emotional pressures that come with it which often derail difficult conversations.
Grounded in the principle of humanisation without normalisation, the training focuses on building emotional resilience and muscle memory for uncomfortable dialogue. Participants learn how to curate safe and courageous spaces, navigate strong emotions, and engage disagreement with empathy, accountability and care.
The session supports participants to build trust, relationships and resilience, search for common ground, and strengthen their capacity to stand together against antisemitism and Islamophobia. It ultimately equips individuals and institutions to move beyond dialogue alone and work towards the common good in times of division and crisis.
Why this training?
This training will help you drive more informed discussion and behaviour related to this subject in your workplace or institution. The CST & Tell MAMA have recently recorded some of the highest ever levels of Antisemitism & Islamophobia, and while most of the discourse surrounding the conflict in Israel-Palestine avoids discrimination and racism, it can and does cross the line.
