Gareth is Chair of Trustees at SNS. He is an architect, entrepreneur and academic researcher who has spent more than 25 years helping governments, public institutions and global organisations navigate complex strategic challenges. His interests combine entrepreneurial leadership with research into complexity, systems thinking, governance and strategic decision-making. Gareth's experience spans public policy, education, infrastructure and organisational transformation across the UK and internationally. He brings to SNS a commitment to good governance, intellectual curiosity and constructive dialogue in support of a more resilient, compassionate and democratically engaged society. Gareth is currently completing a doctorate in complexity and leadership at Henley Business School and lives in Oxfordshire, where he is a long-standing Nottingham Saints supporter.
