Educator Conference

Every summer, SNS hosts its flagship Teacher Conference — a dynamic event designed to equip educators with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to navigate sensitive topics in schools.

The conference brings together teachers, school leaders, and educational specialists from the UK and the ME to share best practices in teaching about conflict, diversity, ethics, and social responsibility.Participants engage in interactive workshops, expert-led seminars, and practical training sessions that cover everything from facilitating constructive classroom debates to managing political or parental pressures around controversial topics.

A highlight of the conference is the presence of Israeli and Palestinian peace-building speakers, whose real-life experiences of dialogue and civic activism provide educators with inspiring case studies and practical insights they can bring back to their classrooms.
